Delivery
Orders placed before 8:30am Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, excluding bank holidays. Orders received after 8:30am on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
If you would like your order to be dispatched the same day after 8:30am, please contact us before 1pm and we will dispatch where possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Most orders will be sent by Royal Mail with door-to-door tracking. You’ll also receive an estimated delivery time on the morning of your delivery. Larger items will be dispatched by courier service.
