Returns

If you’d like to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We must receive returns within 30 days of you receiving your order.


You can return items that are unopened and in the same condition as when you received them.

Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns for:

 

  • Open or used items, unless faulty.
  • Perishable items, unless faulty.
  • Sterile items.
  • Personal hygiene items such as breast pads, teats, and underwear.
  • Items that have passed their expiry date since received. 

 

Discounted sales (excluding promo codes) are final and cannot be returned.
 

How to return your items

We’ve teamed up with Royal Mail to make returns easy.


All you need to do is visit the returns portal, fill in your details, and create your label. Then, you have the flexibility to schedule a collection by Royal Mail or drop off the parcel at your nearest Post Office. Plus, you have the option to either print the label yourself or have Royal Mail take care of it for you.


You can have the parcel collected from your address or drop it off at your local Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point in over 12,500 locations. If your return exceeds the maximum weight or size listed, please contact us to arrange an alternative return method.


Please note that a fee of £3.50 will apply for this return method, which will be deducted from your refund.

Local Pick-Up Orders

If you picked up your order from our warehouse, or live in the area, you’re welcome to drop off your return free of charge. Please contact us to give us a heads up of your arrival and remember to bring your packing slip as proof of purchase.


Receiving your refund

After receiving your return, we’ll inspect the condition of the item(s) and issue your refund. We aim to process returns within two working days, but this can take longer during busy periods. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within five days of processing.


Please note that we’re unable to refund original postage costs. If using the Royal Mail returns portal, a deduction of £3.50 will be applied to your refund.


Exchanges

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer exchanges.
