The unique features of the original Intersurgical EcoLite oxygen mask have been retained and include the following:

• Incurved nose seal - Conforms to different nose shapes designed to prevent oxygen entering patient’s eyes.
• No metal nose clip - MRI compatible.
• Exhalation ports - Designed to minimise the amount of rebreathed carbon dioxide.
• Soft face seals.
• A choice of “under chin” or “on chin” positions - Provides a better fit on a wider range of patient face shapes.
• Elastic can be positioned under or over the ears.
• 50% lighter than a PVC mask, more comfortable for the patient.
• The elimination of PVC from the masks has dramatically lowered their environmental impact.
